You can also telephone NHS 111 or go online by visiting 111.nhs.uk.

Telephone calls are recorded for security and training purposes.

When you call the surgery, the receptionist may ask you some more detailed questions in order to make sure you are seen by the most appropriate person.

Public Transport, Car Parking and Disabled Access

Public Transport

The Health Centre is well served by the local bus network. The nearest bus stops are located on the High Street in Chasetown very near to the Surgery.

Car Parking

There is a large patient car park which includes disabled parking near the Health Centre entrance.

Disabled Access

Should you have any special needs please contact our staff and they will be happy to try and assist you.

To make ourselves as accessible as possible to all our visitors we provide:

  • Automatic Front Door Access suitable for wheel chair.
  • Disabled toilet in the waiting room.
  • Wide surgery doors
  • Hearing loop at the reception desk
  • Allocated car parking for disabled patients.
